Managing your online reputation is a matter of life and death for some businesses. In the case of ABC restaurant in Arizona, it was the death of this business after social media relentlessly crucified the owners of this restaurant due to their conduct on an episode of Kitchen Nightmares with Gordon Ramsey.

It is a daunting task to manage your online reputation for most business owners, especially small firms. Most business owners have no clue where to start and would rather spend time working on their actual day-to-day operation of their business.

Monitoring your presence on social media takes time, time is usually what most business owners lack. To ask a business owner to monitor  what customers are saying about their brand is a daunting task which would require the business owner to take time out of their busy day to monitor:
